At GloFish, we want you to shine in every piece you purchase; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
